Duke is the Brainchild of Thomas J.O'Reilly also known by his Dukian name as Tom Kap. He and his friends made Duke a great country. Currently Tom is serving as President and there will be elections for a Vice President and Head of the Military. It has several locations and Alliances.  It declared independence on October 5th 2017. Duke has many claims and has an army of 36 troops. Duke continues to improve daily and we are always happy to have new citizens!
